About

„peer review“ is intended to be a platform for publishing essays on the the work of the great Russian director Andrei Tarkovsky.

„peer“ is simply my pen-name: I spared the T from my first name  for the famous „vitamin T“, the life-giving quality of Tarkovsky’s cinema.

It implies further the not very humble assumption to be his peer.

Most essays are written in German with the exeption of a few. Maybe I’ll provide translations later on.
